CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-81 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVINGAMENDING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />BUDGET FOR LITIGATION EXPENSES REGARDING SCHLIES vs. <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at the time they adopted the 1976-77 <br />Fiscal Year Budget for the City Attorney's Office, indi- <br />cated that any expenses related to litigation would come <br />before the City Council for approval and amendment to the <br />City Attorney's budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in the case of Schlies vs. City of Pleasanton, a cost bill <br />has been submitted for costs in the sum of $703.85 which <br />were approved by the court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of March 14, 1977, <br /> approved the amendment to the City Attorney's budget. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorize an amendment to the City Attorney's budget, <br /> in the amount of $703.85, for litigation expenses in the <br /> case of Schlies vs. City of Pleasantono <br /> <br />Section 2.
