CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-116 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION OF EVANGELICAL FREE <br />CHURCH FOR A SEPTIC TANK ON VALLEY TRAILS DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />application has been received from Evangelical Free Church <br />for approval of a septic tank to serve their proposed <br />church development on Valley Trails Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />because of the urban nature of this area, the proximity <br />of a large number of existing dwellings and notorious <br />heavy soil conditions in this area, it is the staff's <br />opinion that a septic tank would not be appropriate; and <br /> <br />WI{EREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of April 24, 1977, <br />received and reviewed a report dated April 18, 1977, from <br />the Director of Engineering Services regarding an applica- <br />tion for septic tank approval from the Evangelical Free <br />Church. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
