request is made within eight (8) <br />vote of the Agency. <br />Paragraph X (Officers and Employees) <br />follows: <br /> <br />unanimous vote of all the members of the agency board. <br />The vote, assent, or approval of members in any matter <br />requiring such a vote, assent or approval hereunder <br />shall be subject to and evidenced by a certified copy <br />of the resolution of the governing board of such member <br />filed with the Agency, upon the request of any member of <br />the board oT oouncils of the parties hereto when such <br /> <br /> days following the <br /> <br />is amended to read as <br /> <br />Officers and Employees. Any officer, employee or agent <br />of the Agency may also be an officer, employee or agent <br />of any of the parties. The appointment by the Agency <br />of such a person shall evidence that the two positions <br />are compatible. The public officer or officers or <br />persons who have charge of, handle, or have any access <br />to any property of the Agency shall be bonded and the <br />amount of their bond shall be designated in the appli- <br />cable budget and thus fixed. <br /> <br />All of the privileges and immunities from liability, <br />exemption from laws, ordinances and rules, all pension, <br />relief, disability, workmen's compensation and other <br />benefits which apply to the activity of officers, <br />agents, or employees of any of the parties when per- <br />forming their respective functions shall apply to them <br />to the same degree and extent while engaged in the <br />performance of any of the functions and other duties <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
