(6) <br /> <br />(7) <br /> <br />To issue revenue bonds pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 6540, et seq., and the Revenue Bond Law Of <br />1941 (Government Code Section 54300, et seq.,), or <br />any other then-available law, in order to carry out <br />projects undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br />To incur debts, liabilities and obligations for <br />Capital Expenditures as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) For the purpose of constructing a project to <br /> rectify the wastewater disposal problems in <br /> The Livermore-Amador Valley (which are more <br /> particularly identified in the July, 1976 <br /> Project Report and the March, 1977 Reclama- <br /> tion-Reuse and Export Alternatives Evaluation <br /> Report), the solution of which will require, <br /> based upon E-O growth projections to 1996 <br /> prepared by the Department of Finance of the <br /> State of California, a disposal capacity of <br /> approximately 15.62 million gallons per <br /> day (the flow for the average day of the <br /> maximum month). The Agency may incur debts, <br /> liabilities and obligations for Capital <br /> Expenditures in an amount, exclusive of <br /> subventions and grants, necessary to fund <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
