CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-131 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE, <br />INC., RELATING TO A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AT 6264 GUYSON <br />COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., applied to the Planning Cornmis- <br />sion for a home occupation permit to operate an ambulance <br />service out of the residence located at 6264 Guyson Court; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the Planning Cornmission at its meeting of April 13, 1977, <br />considered the application together with a report dated <br />April 13, 1977, to the Planning Commission regarding this <br />matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denies the request of Tri-Cities <br /> Ambulance, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton, Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., submitted an <br />appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 9, 1977, received <br />a report dated May 3, 1977, from the Director of Planning <br />together with a copy of the report to the Planning Commis- <br />sion dated April 13, 1977, with regard to this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council held a public hearing at which time appli- <br />cant and any other member of the public was offered an <br />opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal for <br />home occupation permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, the City Council <br /> deliberated on this appeal. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Denies the appeal of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., for <br /> a home occupation permit to allow the operation of an <br /> ambulance service from a residence located at 6264 Guyson <br /> Court. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
