CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-131 A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE, INC., RELATING TO A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AT 6264 GUYSON COURT WHEREAS, Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., applied to the Planning Cornmis- sion for a home occupation permit to operate an ambulance service out of the residence located at 6264 Guyson Court; and WHEREAS , the Planning Cornmission at its meeting of April 13, 1977, considered the application together with a report dated April 13, 1977, to the Planning Commission regarding this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denies the request of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc.; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of May 9, 1977, received a report dated May 3, 1977, from the Director of Planning together with a copy of the report to the Planning Commis- sion dated April 13, 1977, with regard to this matter; and WHEREAS , the City Council held a public hearing at which time appli- cant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal for home occupation permit; and WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, the City Council deliberated on this appeal. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Denies the appeal of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., for a home occupation permit to allow the operation of an ambulance service from a residence located at 6264 Guyson Court. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. III
