CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-129 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK FOR <br />PLEASANTON GARBAGE.CO. AT 3100 BUSCH ROAD AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pleasanton Garbage Co. has received sewage service for <br />its transfer station at 3100 Busch Road from a sewage <br />holding tank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said holding tank was approved by the City Council on <br />September 8, 1975 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 <br />(A Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks <br />in the City of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 9, 1977 received <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services re- <br />garding the renewal of a holding tank approval for the <br />Pleasanton Garbage Co. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of <br /> a holding tank by Pleasanton Garbage Co. to September 8, <br /> 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare a holding <br /> tank agreement setting forth all the terms and conditions <br /> under which the Pleasanton Garbage Co. operate a hold- <br /> ing tank at 3100 Busch Road. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the <br /> City Council a Holding Tank Agreement prepared by the <br /> City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 4.
