CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-126 <br /> <br />APPEAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />PLANNING COMMISSION FOR APPROVAL OF CARL NIPPER'S <br />DEVELOPMENT (PD-39) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 25, 1977, the Alameda County Planning Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 77-47, approving, in principle, a <br />Planned Development for PD-39 (95 single-family residential <br />units on Pleasanton Ridge) by Carl Nipper; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton desires to <br />appeal said approval for the reasons set forth in the <br />letter of appeal to the Alameda County Board of <br />Supervisors, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of April 25, 1977, <br /> considered the Development Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes an appeal of Carl Nipper's proposed development <br /> to the Alameda County Planning Commission for a decision made <br /> at their meeting of April 25, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2.
