CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-124 <br /> <br />APPEALING A DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />REGARDING APPLICATION V-77-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />James T. Early applied to the Board of Adjustment for <br />a variance to allow the erection of a fence and a wall <br />greater than six feet in height in the side and rear <br />yard of the house located at 7567 Olive Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment at its meeting of April 13, <br /> 1977, denied said application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Councilmember Brandes at the City Council meeting of <br />April 25, 1977, appealed the decision of the Board of <br />Adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA[~ON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Appeals a decision of the Board of Adjustment in <br /> approving Application V-77-3 of James T. Early for a <br /> variance to allow the erection of a fence and wall <br /> greater than six feet in height in the side and rear <br /> yard of the house located at 7567 Olive Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 25, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />LeClaire, Mercer and <br /> <br /> Councilmembers - Brandes, Herlihy, <br /> Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />~~~y Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Deputy City <br /> <br /> <br />
