P' n Checking. When the val~'"tion of the proposed <br />co~struction exceeds $1,000.0v and a plan is required <br />to be submitted, a plan checking fee shall be paid to <br />the Building Official at the time of submitting plans <br />and specifications for checking. Said plan checking <br />fee shall be paid to the Building Official at the time <br />of submitting plans and specifications for checking. <br />Said plan checking fee shall equal 65% of the building <br />permit fee as set forth above. <br /> <br />Administrative charge for Plan-Change requests. <br />A charge of $20.00 per lot shall be assessed for <br />administrative costs associated with Plan-change <br />requests after issuance of building permit. Said <br />costs covered by this charge include, but are not <br />limited to, rechecking of plot plans, refiguring <br />of applicable fees, extra application forms, and <br />processing time of City personnel. <br /> <br />Building Valuation Schedule. The valuation of buildings <br />and structures for determining the fee in accordance <br />~jith subsection II.A.!.a., above, shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Dwellings (Including apartment house__s) <br /> <br />The rate shall be that established for the appro- <br />priate group and type in the issue of "Building{ <br />Standards Monthly" current on the date of <br />~pplication. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Accessory buildings, attached or detached <br /> (a) Masonry $ 4.00 per square foot <br /> (b) Wood frame and <br /> enclosed patios $ 5.00 per square foot <br /> <br />(3) Lath houses, covered <br />patios and open car- <br />ports $ 3.00 per square foot <br />(4) Decks $ ~.00 per square foot <br />(5) Commercial and Industrial Bu~dings - The rate <br /> shall be that rate established for the appropriate <br /> group and type in the issue of "Building Standard~ <br /> Monthly" current on the date of application. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Signs - Evaluation of all signs shall be the same <br />as the Contract Price. <br /> <br />Retaining Walls - Concrete or Masonry <br />(a) Over 6 feet high $ 3.00 per square foot <br /> of wall and footing area <br />(b} Not Over 6 feet $ 2.50 per square foot <br />high of wall and footing area <br /> <br />Demolitions <br />(a) Types I or II <br />structures $1.00per square foot <br /> (b) Type III structures $ .65per square foot <br /> (c) Type IV or V <br /> structures $ .50_ per Square foot <br /> (d) Accessorl~ buildings $~30_ per square foot <br /> <br /> <br />
