WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 74-138, 74-183, 75-27, 75-56, 75-126, 75-255, 76-32, 76-34, 76-195 and 76-196 the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services for which fees and charges have been established and compiled in Resolution No. 74-138; and additional resolutions have been adopted since Resolution No. 74-138 amending that resolution by adding additional fees and charges for services not listed in Resolution No. 74-138; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate at this time to increase certain of the fees and charges as the result of increased operating costs; and WHEREAS, all fees and charges resolutions should be combined into a single fees and charges document; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Fees and charges for various municipal services rendered by the City of Pleasanton are hereby established as set forth in the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incor- porated herein by reference as if set forth in its entirety herein. Section 2. The following resolutions are hereby repealed: Resolution No. 74-138 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing Resolutions Nos. 71-23, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and 74-101); Resolution No. 74-183 (A Resolution Amending Section IV.B of Resolution No. 74-138, Establishing a New Fee for Sewer Connection Charges); Resolution No. 75-27 (A Resolution Amending Resolution 74-138, Establishing a Fee For Water Rates and Charges); Resolution No. 75-56 (A Resolution Amending Resolution 74-138, Establishing a New Fee for Water Connection Charges);
