CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-159 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR <br />WORK ON TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT FIRST AND NEAL STREETS <br />BY STEINY & CO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Steiny & Co., performed in connection with the Traffic <br /> Signal installation at First and Neal Streets, has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Final Progress Payment is <br /> in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br />in the amount of $11,414.98 in favor of Steiny & Co., in satis- <br />faction of Final Progress Payment for the work performed on the <br />Traffic Signal installation at First and Neal Streets. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
