CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-157 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM MAY 1, 1977 <br />THROUGH MAY 31, 1977 IN THE AMOUNT OF $369,697.41. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of June 13, 1977, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying <br />checks which were dispensed from May 1, 1977 through <br />May 31, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 15713 through No. <br /> 16025 and Checks No. 846-848 dated from May 1, 1977 <br /> through May 31, 1977 in the total amount of $369,697.41, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated May 31, 1977 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
