WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-153 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT MAIN-SAINT JOHN- <br />RAY STREETS INTERSECTION AND AT MAIN-NEAL-ROSE STREETS <br />INTERSECTION AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />the City Council, on January 24, 1977, by Resolution No. <br />77-24 authorized execution of consultants services contract <br />with TJKM for the traffic signal installations at Main-Saint <br />John-Ray Streets intersection and at Main-Neal-Rose Streets <br />intersection; and <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of May 23, 1977, the Director <br />of Engineering Services, by memorandum dated May 16, 1977, <br />advised the Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed by TJKM, traffic consultants, for the installa- <br />tion of the above described traffic signals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved said plans. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for installation of <br /> traffic signals at Main-Saint John-Ray Streets intersection <br /> and at Main-Neal-Rose Streets intersection. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
