CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-152 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARI- OUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) ESTABLISHING FEES IN LIEU OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC PARK LAND WHEREAS~ Government Code ~66477 enables cities and counties to establish ordinances requiring the dedication of land, the payment of fees in lieu thereof, or both, as part of the procedure for approval of tentative subdivision maps or in consideration of a minor subdivision approval; and WHEREAS, Article 10 (Dedication of Public Park Land) of Chapter 1 (Subdivisions) of Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton requires said dedication of land, payment of fees in lieu thereof or both; and WHEREAS, M2-4.28 sets forth the principles and standards by which dedication of land or in-lieu fees shall be required; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the present re- pository for listing of fees and charges for the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleas- anton), paragraph II (Housing and Community Development), subparagraph C CPlanning Division) is amended by adding the following subsection: 21. Fees In Lieu of Dedication of Public Park Land.
