J~EK KOIiN FOR AUTHOR/ZATION TO <br />Palv~VE ONE HERITAGE TREE, A COAST REDWOOD, AT 119 NEAL STRr2aT, <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton requires that prior to the removal of any <br />Heritage Tree a permit must be obtained frc~ the City Council; and <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Kolln has made application to the City for approval to renove <br />one Heritage Tree, a Coast Redwood tree, located at 119 Neal Street, <br />Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of May 23, 1977, considered said ap- <br /> plication and approved same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FO~: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby grants permission to Mr. Jack Kolin to remove <br /> the Heritage Tree referred to in the report of the Director of Engineer- <br /> ing Services dated May 4, 1977, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
