CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-148 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT-LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />MS-77-7, RAISER SAND AND GRAVEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has been requested by Kaiser Sand and Gravel <br />to permit a minor lot-line adjustment in the boundary <br />line between Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company property <br />and the property that Kaiser had sold to Peter Kiewit <br />Sons, Inc., some years ago; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the purpose of this adjustment is to re-establish the <br />property line, so that the entry drive to Kaiser Sand <br />and Gravel Company was on their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the State Subdivision Map Act does not apply to a lot- <br />line adjustment between two or more adjacent parcels <br />where a greater number of parcels from the original <br />number which existed is not thereby created; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Minor Subdivision Review Board on May 20, 1977, <br /> approved Minor Subdivision 77-7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 23, 1977, considered <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services to which <br />was appended a map illustrating the proposed lot-line adjust- <br />ment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves a lot-line adjustment as submitted in MS-77-7 <br /> from Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company. <br /> <br />Section 2.
