CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-145 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM APRIL 1, 1977 <br />THROUGH APRIL 30, 1977 IN THE AMOUNT OF $241,764.28 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of May 23, 1977, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying <br />checks which were dispensed from April 1, 1977 through <br />April 30, 1977; and <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 015386 through No. <br /> 015712 dated from April 1, 1977 through April 30, 1977 <br /> in the total amount of $241,764.28, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated April 30, 1977 has been re- <br /> viewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
