CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-177 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT-LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR MS-77-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has been requested by Mr. Daniel Pons to <br />permit a lot-line adjustment between two residential <br />lots on Vervais Avenue which are owned or controlled <br />by Mr. Pons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this adjustment is to re-establish the <br /> original lot line which was changed some years ago; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the State Subdivision Map Act does not apply to a lot- <br />line adjustment between two or more adjacent parcels <br />where a greater number of parcels from the original <br />number which existed is not thereby created; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Minor Subdivision Review Board on June 15, 1977 <br /> approved Minor Subdivision MS-77-8; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of June 27, 1977 considered <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services to <br />which was appended a map illustrating the proposed <br />lot-line adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves a lot-line adjustment as submitted in MS-77-8. <br /> <br />Section 2.
