CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-172 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR <br />WORE ON CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER MAIN AT VALLEY AVENUE <br />& SANTA RITA ROAD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Raymond G. Haug, performed in connection with the <br /> construction of a water main at Valley Avenue and Santa Rita <br /> Road, has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which <br /> Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $5,972.40 in favor of Raymond G. Haug, in <br /> satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for the work performed <br /> on construction of a water main at Valley Avenue and Santa <br /> Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON JUNE 27, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, LeClaire, Mercer and Mayor Philcox <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Herlihy <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Dor~i~D~k <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
