CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-165 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF TIME EXTENSION ON SEWER PERMITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council adopted Resolution No. 77-108 on April 11, <br />1977, allocating 140 Dwelling Unit Equivalent (D.UoE.) sewer <br />connections to the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the resolution specified the number of connections that <br />would be reserved for each of several categories and the <br />time period allowed to obtain building permits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of June 13, 1977, received <br />a report from the Assistant to the City Manager - Walker, <br />dated June 9, 1977, indicating the property owners need <br />more time to make all the arrangements necessary to take <br />out building permits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff recommends that the Council extend the time to take <br />out building permits on single family units an additional <br />60 days until July 11, 1977, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the staff also recommends that the one <br />remain available for single family use <br />60 days. <br /> <br />single family D.U.E. <br />for an additional <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Extends the time to take out building permits on single <br /> family units an additional sixty days until July 11, 1977. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the one single family D.U.E. remain available for <br /> single family use for an additional sixty days. <br /> <br />Section 3.
