CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-164 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST BY LAVWMA FOR LOCAL SHARE OF COSTS <br />FOR THE STEP 1 (PRE-DESIGN STUDY) AND STEP 2 (ENGINEER- <br />ING DESIGN) PHASES OF THE LAVWMA PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a breakdown of the local share of costs for Step 1 <br />(Pre-Design Study) and Step 2 (Engineering Design) phases <br />of the LAVWMA project is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these costs are recoverable from the bond issue to be sold <br /> in February, 1978; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the funds are necessary both for cash flow needs and to <br />allow LAVWMA to qualify legally for the matching of State <br />and Federal funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of June 13, 1977, received <br />a report dated May 24, 1977, from the Project Manager of <br />LAVWMA. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~ection 1. Authorizes payment to LAVWMA for Local Share of costs <br /> for the Step 1 (Pre-Design Study) and Step 2 (Engineering <br /> Design) phases of the LAVWMA Project, in the amount of <br /> $57,074.00. <br /> <br />Section 2.
