CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-198 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ALLOWING A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO BE ISSUED FOR TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE, INC., FOR THE OPERA- TION OF AN AMBULANCE SERVICE OUT OF A RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 2297 TANAGER DRIVE, PLEASANTON. WHEREAS, On June 29, 1977, the Planning Commission approved Case Z-77-96, an application of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc. for home occupation permit to operate an ambulance service out of a single-family residence located at 2297 Tanager Drive; and WHEREAS, said decision was appealed by residents in the area of 2297 Tanager Drive to the City Council; and WHEREAS. the City Council at its meeting of July 25, 1977 received a report of July 18, 1977 from the Director of Planning together with attachments thereto outlining the action taken by the Planning Commission and the history of Case Z-77-96; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning advised the City Council that the residence of 2297 Tanger Drive had been leased by the owner to other renters within the last week; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing at which time any member of the audience desiring to address the City Council was offered that opportunity. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council approves the appeal of various residents of Tanager Court, Tanager Drive, Shearwater Court, Shear- water Road, E1 Dorado Court and other streets in the vacinity of 2297 Tanager Drive to a decision of the Planning Com- mission approving a home occupation permit for Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc. to operate an ambulance service out of a residence located at 2297 Tanager Drive, Pleasanton.
