CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-197 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ON Z-77-96, APPLICATION OF TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE, INC., FOR <br />HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AT 2297 TANAGER DRIVE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on June 29, 1977, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton approved case Z-77-96 permitting Tri-Cities <br />Ambulance, Inc. to operate an ambulance service out of a <br />single-family residence located at 2297 Tanager Drive <br />as a home occupation subject to seven separate conditions; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />one of said conditions required the ambulance service to <br />construct a driveway and parking pad at the northeast <br />corner of the subject property and to store the ambulance <br />in that location at all times when not in use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of July 11, 1977 appealed <br /> the conditions set by Planning Commission on Z-77-96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting Of July 25, 1977, the City Council received <br />a report of July 18, 1977 from the Director of Planning <br />together with attachments thereto setting forth the history <br />of said home occupation application and the action of the <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council was, also, advised that the residence at <br />2297 Tanager Drive had been leased by the owner to other <br />tenants within the last week; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council held a public hearing regarding said <br />appeal at which time any member of the public was offered <br />an opportunity to speak regarding said appeal. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council denies the appeal of the conditions <br /> of approval enclosed by the Planning Commission on Z-77-96, <br /> the application of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc. for a home <br /> occupation permit to operate an ambulance service out of <br /> a residence located at 2297 Tanger Drive, Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
