CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-197 A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON Z-77-96, APPLICATION OF TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE, INC., FOR HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AT 2297 TANAGER DRIVE. WHEREAS, on June 29, 1977, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approved case Z-77-96 permitting Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc. to operate an ambulance service out of a single-family residence located at 2297 Tanager Drive as a home occupation subject to seven separate conditions; and WHEREAS, one of said conditions required the ambulance service to construct a driveway and parking pad at the northeast corner of the subject property and to store the ambulance in that location at all times when not in use; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of July 11, 1977 appealed the conditions set by Planning Commission on Z-77-96; and WHEREAS, at its meeting Of July 25, 1977, the City Council received a report of July 18, 1977 from the Director of Planning together with attachments thereto setting forth the history of said home occupation application and the action of the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Council was, also, advised that the residence at 2297 Tanager Drive had been leased by the owner to other tenants within the last week; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing regarding said appeal at which time any member of the public was offered an opportunity to speak regarding said appeal. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council denies the appeal of the conditions of approval enclosed by the Planning Commission on Z-77-96, the application of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc. for a home occupation permit to operate an ambulance service out of a residence located at 2297 Tanger Drive, Pleasanton.
