CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-194 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 TO <br />SLAVO RIGISICH, INC. FOR WORK ON HARRIS ACRES WATER <br />LINE, PROJECT 77-3. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Slavo Rigisich, Inc., performed in connection <br /> with Harris Acres Water Line improvements, Project 77-3, <br /> has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which Pro- <br /> gress Payment No. 1 is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $25,885.36 in favor of Slavo <br /> Rigisich, Inc., in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 1 <br /> for the work performed on Harris Acres Water Line, Project <br /> 77-3. <br /> <br />Section 2.
