CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-184 DENYING THE APPEAL OF PLEASANTON SAFE STREETS ASSO- CIATION TO A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 3359 WHEREAS, on June 8, 1977, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Map Tract 3359, the application of morrison Homes to subdi- vide 23.04 acres of land located on the south side of Del Valle Parkway, immediately east of Hopyard Road into 65 separate single family residential lots; and WHEREAS, the Commission found that the tentative map was in substan- tial conformance with the approved development plan for Case PUD-77-2 (Creeks Bend); and WHEREAS, it was approved subject to numerous conditions including all of the conditions of approval of Case PUD-77-2; and WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Safe Streets Association is now appealing that action of the Planning Commission for safety purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of July 11, 1977, held a public hearing at which time the applicant and any member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evi- dence regarding the appeal; and WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, Council deliberated on the appeal. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Denies the appeal of Pleasanton Safe Streets Association to a decision of the Planning Commission approving Case TT 3359, a tentative tract map conforming to the development plan approved as PUD-77-2 (Creeks Bend). Section 2. Council finds the project to be consistent with the General Plan. Section 3. Council finds that the project will not cause any of the problems set forth in Government Code Section 66474. Section 4. This resolution shall become its passage and adoption. effective immediately upon III
