CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-184 <br /> <br />DENYING THE APPEAL OF PLEASANTON SAFE STREETS ASSO- <br />CIATION TO A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 3359 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on June 8, 1977, the Planning Commission approved Tentative <br />Map Tract 3359, the application of morrison Homes to subdi- <br />vide 23.04 acres of land located on the south side of Del <br />Valle Parkway, immediately east of Hopyard Road into 65 <br />separate single family residential lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Commission found that the tentative map was in substan- <br />tial conformance with the approved development plan for <br />Case PUD-77-2 (Creeks Bend); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was approved subject to numerous conditions including <br /> all of the conditions of approval of Case PUD-77-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Pleasanton Safe Streets Association is now appealing <br />that action of the Planning Commission for safety purposes; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of July 11, 1977, held a <br />public hearing at which time the applicant and any member <br />of the public was offered an opportunity to present evi- <br />dence regarding the appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, Council deliberated <br /> on the appeal. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Denies the appeal of Pleasanton Safe Streets Association <br />to a decision of the Planning Commission approving Case <br /> TT 3359, a tentative tract map conforming to the development <br /> plan approved as PUD-77-2 (Creeks Bend). <br /> <br />Section 2. Council finds the project to be consistent with the <br /> General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 3. Council finds that the project will not cause any of <br /> the problems set forth in Government Code Section 66474. <br /> <br />Section 4. This resolution shall become <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />effective <br /> <br />immediately upon <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
