DOBBINS UPON HIS RETIREMENT <br />FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />Charles B. Dobbins was employed by the City of Pleasanton as Chief <br />Building Inspector on November 13, 1967; <br /> <br />Charles B. Dobbins, as Chief Building Inspector, has served the <br />City of Pleasanton with untiring devotion in accordance with the <br />highest standards of municipal service; <br /> <br />Charles B. Dobbins has elected to retire from City service <br />effective July 29, 1977. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Doris George, rk <br /> <br />Commends Charles B.
