CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-216 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR APPROPRIATION OF ONE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE AND THIRTY/100thS DOLLARS ($109,459.30) IN GAS TAX FUNDS TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton's share of the 1977-78 Mayor's Formula Distribution of certain gas tax funds, administered by the County of Alameda, is ONE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE AND THIRTY/100thS DOLLARS ($109,459,30); and WHEREAS, an application for appropriation of said fund to the City of Pleasanton has been prepared by the Director of Engineering Services for the City of Pleasanton dated August 3, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of August 9, 1977 reviewed said application together with the projects contained therein. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the Director of Engineering Services to submit to the County Board of Supervisors an application for appro- priation of gas tax funds for fiscal year 1977-78 in the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE AND THIRTY/100ths DOLLARS ($109,459.30) in accordance with the application dated August 3, 1977, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2 · Authorizes the City Clerk to transmit a copy of this reso- lution, together with Exhibit A, to the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County and to such other persons as may request a copy of said resolution. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. -1-
