CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-215 <br /> <br />DENYING APPEAL OF CHRIS KUDRIAVTSEFF OF A CONDITION <br />OF APPROVAL OF CASE Z-77-84, DESIGN REVIEW OF AN <br />OVERALL SIGNING PROGRAM FOR THE BUILDING AT 719 MAIN <br />STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />On July 13, 1977, the Deisgn Review Board approved Case <br />Z-77-84, the application of Chris Kudriavtseff for an <br />overall signing program for the building located at <br />719 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />approval was given subject to the removal of the existing <br />wood sign on the building and its replacement with a <br />small sign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the appellant is contesting the requirement to replace <br /> the sign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton, the applicant submitted an appeal <br />to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 9, 1977, received <br />a Report dated August 1, 1977, from the Director of Planning <br />and Community Development together with attachments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council held a public hearing at which time appli- <br />cant and any member of the public was offered an opportunity <br />to present evidence regarding this appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon close of the public hearing the City Council deliberated <br /> on this appeal. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies the appeal of Chris Kudriavtseff of a condition <br /> of approval of Case Z-77-84, design review of an overall <br /> signing program for the building located at 719 Main Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
