Section 4. Certifies that the project is <br /> use plans of those jurisdictions <br /> the project; and <br /> <br />compatible with the land <br />immediately surrounding <br /> <br />Section 5. Appoints the Director of Engineering Services as agent <br /> of the City to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit <br /> all documents including but not limited to applications, <br /> agreements, amendments, billing statements, and so on <br /> which may be necessary for the completion of the afore- <br /> mentioned project, subject to approval by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 6.
