CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-207 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE IV WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of August 9, 1977, received a proposed negative declaration for Amador Valley Community Park Improvements, Phase IV; and WHEREAS an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66 was prepared for the project; and WHEREAS the City Council at its meeting of August 9, 1977 also received that Initial Study dated July 30, 1977; and WHEREAS each member of the City Council had a copy of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had been published in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is aware of the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1o Determines that the Negative Declaration on Amador Valley Community Park improvements, Phase IV, based on the intitial environmental study, was the proper environmental document, and an Environmental Impact Report was not required since the project would not have any significant adverse impact on the environment. Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determin- ation to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. III
