CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-2Q6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF MRS. JO BETTY ALLEN <br />FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE FOUR HERITAGE TREES AT 480 <br />ST. JOHN STREET, PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1,Chapter 10, Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton requires that <br />prior to the removal of any Heritage Tree a permit must <br />be obtained from the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mrs. Jo Betty Allen has made application to the City for <br />approval to remove four Heritage Trees, three 24" diameter <br />English Walnut trees and one 12" English Walnut tree located <br />at 480 St. John Street, Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of August 9, 1977 <br />considered said application and approved same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby grants permission to Mrs. Jo <br /> Betty Allen to remove the Heritage Trees referred to in <br /> the report of the Director of Engineering Services dated <br /> August 2, 1977 attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
