CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-205 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR FRANK AUF DER MAUR AT 3340 STANLEY BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has received sewage service for his facility at 3340 Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton, from a sewage holding tank; and WHEREAS, said holding tank was approved by the City Council on August 20, 1973, pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to continue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of August 9, 1977, received a report dated August 3, 1977, from the Director of Public Works and Utilities recommending the renewal of a holding tank permit for Frank Auf der Maur at 3440 Stanley Boulevard. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a holding tank by Frank Auf der Maur at 3440 Stanley Boulevard to August 20, 1978, subject to the original term and condi- tions of approval and, in addition, subject to the following conditions: (1) That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at least one time every 14 days or in accordance with the current City policy concerning the frequency of pumping. (2) That renewal request, together with appropriate renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least one month prior to expiration date of August 20, 1977. Section 2.
