CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-2Q4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. DARREL MAXSON TO THE <br />HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION FOR THE UNEXPIRED TERM <br />OF PHYLLIS BULLOCK TERMINATING ON OCTOBER 22, 1979, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the names of and evalu- <br />ated the qualifications of various individuals who are <br />interested in serving on the Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> Mr. Darrel Maxson is appointed to serve as a member <br />of the Human Services Commission for the unexpired term <br />of Phyllis Bullock, said term to expire on October 22, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2.
