additional funds needed, at least 3 months prior to the anticipated date of <br />reaching Agency's budget limitation. Agency shall make such arrangements <br />as necessary for reimbursing the actual costs incurred. <br /> <br /> Authori(y shall bill on a monthly basis, reimbursement of actual <br />Operation and Maintenance Costs accompanied by the calculations for de- <br />terming the costs; unless some other billing period is mutually agreed upon <br />in writing by both parties.
