Section 1. The City Council finds that there are no significant <br /> environmental impacts and approves rezoning approximately <br /> 3.1 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Main <br /> Street and Bernal Avenue and including all those properties <br /> lying between City ttall and Main Street and between Bernal <br /> Avenue and the Pleasanton School District Administration <br /> Building from the 0 (Office) and the P (Public and Institu- <br /> tional) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) District, <br /> would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment and therefore no Environmental Impact Report <br /> shall be prepared. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determin- <br /> ation to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution <br /> No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
