WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-239 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LANDSCAPE AGREEMENT WITH MARY <br />CANESSA AND MATTHEW GONSALVES <br /> <br />Mr. George Canessa representing Mary Canessa and Matthew <br />Gonsalves received Design Review approval for a mini-storage <br />project at 3716 Stanley Boulevard on March 9, 1977; and <br /> <br />Condition 16 of said approval required the applicant to enter <br />into an agreement for the installation and maintenance of <br />landscaping; and <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of September 13, 1977 consid- <br />ered a proposed agreement to abide by Condition 16 prepared <br />by the City Attorney's Office. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Mayor subject to approval by the City Attorney <br /> to enter into an agreement for installation and maintenance <br /> of landscaping with Mary Canessa and Matthew Gonsalves. <br /> <br />Section 2.
