CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTy OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-237 <br /> <br />APPROVING APPLICATION OF MRS. JOYCE BEAUREGARD FOR <br />AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE ONE HERITAGE TREE AT 1820 PASEO <br />DEL CAJON, PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 1Q, Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton requires that prior <br />to the removal of any Heritage Tree a permit must be obtained <br />from the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mrs. Joyce Beauregard has made application to the City for <br />approval to remove one Heritaqe Tree, a Weeping Willow, <br />diameter of 18 inches, located at 1820 Paseo del Cajon, Pleas~ <br />anton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of September 13, 1977, <br /> considered said application and approved same, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby grants permission to Mrs, Joyce <br /> Beauregard to remove the Heritage Tree referred to in the <br /> report of the Director of Engineering Services dated ~eptem- <br /> ber 12, 1977, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference, <br /> <br />Section 2.
