EXHIBIT B For the period commencing July 1, 1977, and ending June 30, 1978, the Salary Ranges and Increases in Fringe Benefits for Confidential Employees shall be as follows: I. Salary Ranges Position Duplicating Machine Operator (2) Executive Secretary (3) Supervising Account Clerk Supervising Police Clerk Recreation Coordinator Salary Range $883 - 1177 974 - 1299 998 - 1331 1055 - 1406 998 - 1331 II. Fringe Benefits Effective July 1, 1977, the City's maximum contribution toward the premiums of the current health insurance plans shall be increased to $65.00 per month. Effective January 1, 1978, the City's maximum contribution toward the premium of the current dental insurance plan shall be increased to $19.00 per month. Effective July 1, 1977, confidential employees may be compensated for overtime worked either by monetary payment or by compensatory time off, at the option of the employee. Compensatory time shall accrue at the rate of one and one-half times the overtime hours worked. Compensatory time off which accrues in excess of forty (40) hours must be liquidated by monetary payment. All monetary payments for overtime must be paid not later than the next hi-weekly payroll following the pay period in which the overtime was worked. Utilization of compensatory time off shall be by mutual agreement between the department head and the employee. The Personnel Rules, Section 1109 Holidays shall be amended by the deletion of "every day on which an election is held throughout the State" and a f~ing holiday shall be substituted therefore. One (1) floating holiday shall be credited to each confidential employee on July 1 of each year to be observed on a date mutually agreed to by the individual employee and the department head. Such floating holiday shall be scheduled at least fifteen (15) days prior to the observance of such floating holiday and once scheduled may not be changed unless mutually agreed by the employee and the department head. Such floating holiday shall be taken in the fiscal year in which it is credited. 5. Effective April 1, 1978, the uniform allowance for the Supervising Police Clerk shall be increased to $130.00 per year, payable in April. 6. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in the City and County Credit Union.
