EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1977, and ending June 30, 1978, the Salary <br />Ranges and Increases in Fringe Benefits for Confidential Employees shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary Ranges <br /> <br />Position <br />Duplicating Machine Operator (2) <br />Executive Secretary (3) <br />Supervising Account Clerk <br />Supervising Police Clerk <br />Recreation Coordinator <br /> <br />Salary Range <br />$883 - 1177 <br />974 - 1299 <br />998 - 1331 <br />1055 - 1406 <br />998 - 1331 <br /> <br />II. Fringe Benefits <br /> <br />Effective July 1, 1977, the City's maximum contribution toward the <br />premiums of the current health insurance plans shall be increased <br />to $65.00 per month. <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 1978, the City's maximum contribution toward <br />the premium of the current dental insurance plan shall be increased <br />to $19.00 per month. <br /> <br />Effective July 1, 1977, confidential employees may be compensated for <br />overtime worked either by monetary payment or by compensatory time off, <br />at the option of the employee. Compensatory time shall accrue at the <br />rate of one and one-half times the overtime hours worked. Compensatory <br />time off which accrues in excess of forty (40) hours must be liquidated <br />by monetary payment. All monetary payments for overtime must be paid <br />not later than the next hi-weekly payroll following the pay period in <br />which the overtime was worked. Utilization of compensatory time off <br />shall be by mutual agreement between the department head and the <br />employee. <br /> <br />The Personnel Rules, Section 1109 Holidays shall be amended by the <br />deletion of "every day on which an election is held throughout the <br />State" and a f~ing holiday shall be substituted therefore. One <br />(1) floating holiday shall be credited to each confidential employee <br />on July 1 of each year to be observed on a date mutually agreed to <br />by the individual employee and the department head. Such floating <br />holiday shall be scheduled at least fifteen (15) days prior to the <br />observance of such floating holiday and once scheduled may not be <br />changed unless mutually agreed by the employee and the department <br />head. Such floating holiday shall be taken in the fiscal year in <br />which it is credited. <br /> <br />5. Effective April 1, 1978, the uniform allowance for the Supervising <br /> Police Clerk shall be increased to $130.00 per year, payable in April. <br /> <br />6. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in <br /> the City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br /> <br />
