CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-229 <br /> <br />APPROVING DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />M. CANESSA AND M. GONSALVES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. George Canessa has received approval from the City <br />for development of the old Berry Farm adjacent to <br />Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />one of the requirements for development of this property <br />was the approval of a minor subdivision on the property; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said minor subdivision MS-77-9 has been approved subject <br />to the entering into an agreement by Mary Canessa and <br />Matthew Gonsalves of a deferred improvement agreement for <br />the public improvements required to be installed by him <br />along Stanley Boulevard and the Del Valle Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a draft deferred improvement agreement was prepared by <br />the City Attorney's office and reviewed by the Engineer- <br />ing staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1977, <br />received and reviewed a report and agreement dated <br />August 18, 1977, from the City Attorney regarding the <br />deferred improvement agreement between M. Canessa and <br />M. Gonsalves. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Deferred Improvement Agreement for Minor <br /> Subdivision MS-77-9, Mary Canessa and Matthew Gonsalves. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3.
