CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-226 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK <br />FOR PLEASANTON GARBAGE TRANSFER STATION AT 3100 BUSCH ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service Transfer Station has received sewage <br />service for its facility at 3100 Busch Road, from a sewage <br />holding tank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said holding tank was approved by the City Council on September <br />8, 1975 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Estab- <br />lishing A Policy For Holding Tanks In The City Of Pleasanton); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to continue <br />the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1977 received a <br />report from the Director of Engineering Services recommending <br />the renewal of a holding tank permit for the Pleasanton Garbage <br />Service Transfer Station at 3100 Busch Road. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a holding <br />tank by Pleasanton Garbage Service Transfer Station at 3100 <br />Busch Road to September 8, 1978, subject to the original terms <br />and conditions of approval and, in addition, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) That the applicant continue to have this holding tank <br /> pumped out at the frequency prescribed by City policy. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />That renewal request be transmitted to City, together <br />with the required renewal fee, at least onemonth prior <br />to expiration date (September 8, 1978). <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 23, 1977 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> · .
