CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77~225 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PLEASANTON, 5765 VALLEY AVENUE AND AUTHOR~ IZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WHEREAS, First National Bank of Pleasanton received sewage service for its branch office at 5765 Valley Avenue from a sewage holding tank; and WHEREAS, said holding tank was approved by the City Council on August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Establish- ing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to continue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1977 received a report from the Director of Engineering Services regarding the renewal of a holding tank approval for the First National Bank of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a holding tank at 5765 Valley Avenue by First National Bank of Pleasanton to August 20, 1978, subject to the terms and conditions of the current holding tank agreement and, in addition, subject to the following conditions: (1) That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at least one time every month or in accordance with the current City policy concerning the frequency of pumping. (2) That renewal request, together with appropriate renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least one month prior to expiration date of August 20, 1978. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
