CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-224 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 2 FOR WORK ON <br /> HARRIS ACRES WATER LINE BY SLAVO RIGISCH, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Slavo Rigisch, Inc. performed in connection with <br />the Harris Acres Water Line has progressed satisfactorily <br />to the point at which Progress Payment No. 2 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $27,896.66 in favor of Slavo Rigisch, Inc. <br /> in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 2 for the work per- <br /> formed on the Harris Acres Water Line. <br /> <br />Section 2.
