CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-221 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LEASE OF PASTURE LAND ADJACENT TO SEWAGE <br />TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Nielsen has leased pasture land adjacent to <br />the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant since November 1, 1973; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current two year lease agreement expires October 1, <br /> 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Nielsen has requested that the lease be extended, <br />under the same terms and conditions, for two years; and <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1977, <br />received and reviewed a report dated August 16, 1977, <br />from the Assistant to the City Manager. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Lease of pasture land adjacent to Sunol Sewage <br /> Treatment Plant, with Robert Nielsen under the same terms <br /> and conditions until October 31, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> said lease. <br /> <br />Section 3.
