CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-250 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING <br />TANK FOR EXXON COMPANY U.S.A. AT 2991 HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />EXXON Company, U.S.A. has received sewage service for its <br />facility at 2991 Hopyard Road, from a sewage holding tank; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a permit for said holding tank was approved by the City <br />Council on February 28, 1977 pursuant to Resolution No. <br />77-140 (A Resolution Establishing A Policy For Holding <br />Tanks In The City Of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said permit expired on July 17, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to conti- <br />nue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur <br />annually; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of September 20, 1977 re- <br />ceived a report from the Director of Engineering Services <br />recommending the renewal of a holding tank permit for the <br />EXXON Company U.S.A. Service Station at 2991 Hopyard Road. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a hold- <br /> ing tank by EXXON Company U.S.A. Service Station at 2991 <br /> Hopyard Road to July 17, 1978, subject to the original terms <br /> and conditions of approval and, in addition, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) That the applicant continue to have this holding tank <br /> pumped out at the frequency prescribed by City policy. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />That renewal request be transmitted to City, together <br />with the required renewal fee, at least one month prior <br />to expiration date (July 17, 1978). <br /> <br />Section 2.
