CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-249 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br /> HARRIS ACRES WATER LINE, PROJECT 77-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Slavo Rigisich, Inc. performed in connection <br />with the Harris Acres Water Line Project 77-3 has pro- <br />gressed satisfactorily to the point at which Final <br />Progress Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $11,577.51 in favor of Slavo <br /> Rigisich, Inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment <br /> for the work performed on the Harris Acres Water Line <br /> Project 77-3. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
