CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-248 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM AUGUST 1, 1977 <br />THROUGH AUGUST 31, 1977 IN THE AMOUNT OF $409,776.07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of September 20, 1977, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying checks <br />which were dispensed from August 1, 1977 through August 31, <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks No. 16751 through No. 17204 <br /> and Checks No. 854-863, dated from August 1, 1977 through <br /> August 31, 1977 in the total amount of $409,776.07 are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated August 31, 1977 has been reviewed <br /> and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
