CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-241 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A PROJECT TO REZONE LAND LOCATED ON JOHNSON INDUSTRIAL DRIVE FROM THE I-G, 3 ACRE DISTRICT TO THE I-G 40,000 DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of September 13, 1977, received a proposed negative declaration for a project to rezone approximately 25.7 acres of land located on Johnson Industrial Drive at the intersection of 1-580 and 1-680 from the I-G, 3 acre District to the I-G, 40,000 District; and WHEREAS, staff has determined that the proposed rezoning is a project for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act; and WHEREAS, an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66 was prepared for the Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of September 13, 1977, also received that Initial Study dated JUly 27, 1977; and WHEREAS, each member of the City Council had a copy of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Intitial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had been published in "THE VALLEY TIMES," a newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is aware of the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds that there are no significant environmental impacts and approves rezoning approximately 25.7 acres of land located on Johnson Industrial Drive III
