CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-279 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LANDSCAPE AGREE- <br />MENT WITH VALLEY CREST LANDSCAPE, INC. FOR 7043 COMMERCE <br />CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Design Review Board, at its meeting of February 9, 1977, <br />adopted Resolution No. R-77-6 approving design plans for <br />Valley Crest Landscape, Inc. to construct a building at <br />7043 Commerce Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Condition No. 14 to said resolution required that the applicant <br />entered into an agreement with the City to provide for the <br />installation and maintenance of landscaping; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City Council, at its meeting of October 11, 1977, received <br />a report from the Deputy City Attorney of October 5, 1977 to <br />which was appended a proposed agreement for installation <br />and maintenance of landscaping between the City of Pleasanton <br />and Valley Crest Landscape, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the mayor, subject to approval <br /> by the City Attorney, of an agreement for the installation <br /> and maintenance of landscaping between Valley Crest Landscape, <br /> Inc. and the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2.
