CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-275 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BART EXPRESS BUS STOP AT <br />HOPYARD ROAD AND JOHNSON INDUSTRIAL DRIVE AND AMEND- <br />ING THE TRAFFIC RESOLUTION ACCORDINGLY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has received a request from the Pleasanton Chamber <br />of Commerce, Tennis Town, Skate World, BART and AC Transit <br />to establish a BART Express Bus Stop at Hopyard Road and <br />Johnson Industrial Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Traffic Engineer has reviewed the location of the <br />proposed bus stop and found the site to be suitable for such <br />a use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-242 (A Resolution Amend- <br />ing Resolution No. 76-79 In Order To Establish BART Bus Stops <br />At Santa Rita Road And Black Avenue)established the location <br />of bus stops, together with other traffic matters. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the establishment of 2 BART Express Bus Stopsat <br /> Hopyard Road and Johnson Industrial Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2. Amends Resolution 76-79, Section 13 - Bus Stops, by the <br /> inclusion of additional subsections 13h-3and 13h-~ as follows: <br /> <br />13h-3 On the easterly side of Hopyard Road near Johnson <br /> Industrial Drive. <br /> <br />13h-4 On the westerly side of Hopyard Road near Johnson <br /> Industrial Drive. <br /> <br />Section 3.
