CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-274 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESIGN OF AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING BUILDING AT 164 MAIN STREET WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton received an application from Mr. Victor Lund to construct an addition to the building located at 164 Main Street; and WHEREAS, said property is located in the Civic Overlay (C-O) District and final design approval of any buildings must be made by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council received a Staff Report of October 5, 1977 to which was appended Planning Commission Resolution No. 1560 recommending approval by the City Council of the proposed ad- dition, submitted under Case Z-77-116, subject to sixteen conditions as well as a site plan for the proposed addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council opened this matter to the public in order to take any public testimony; and WHEREAS, upon close of the public hearing the City Council deliberated upon the information provided by the Staff as well as informa- tion received at the public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the construction of an approximately 250 sq. ft. addition to a building located at 164 Main Street and adopts by reference the findings and conditions set forth in Plan- ning Commission Resolution 1560, attached hereto and incor- porated herein by reference as Exhibit "A". Section 2.
